Quite a few people have asked for this to be made into a real book, so as it was requested - you can now order a paperback copy on Amazon:

That link should supposedly redirect to your local Amazon if you're not in the UK, but it didn't seem to when I tested it. However it is available on Amazon US, and hopefully on other European Amazons within the next couple of days too.
I'm not going to leave it up indefinitely, so it's not going to be available forever, but will let you know before I take it down!
