Re: Castle Hunt III
We'll give Andrew a few more days before doing the Japanese one as he and channel4 will be in the same round. Which also means Andrew can not choose to be 7th in line.
Anyway, we'll do Zaku's round now. Going 8th in line you selected spot #5. Let's see how that goes for you:

Yikes, we didn't even need the second round! Sorry about that, but now you have to switch paths. Onto Japanese Slip Way - pick any number, I will roll a die, you hope the product of my roll and your number is between 100 and 180.

Re: Castle Hunt III
*I'm going to start this post (well, actually go back and add this because I realized as I was writing it) by saying that I made a mistake. I knew two people were on the same path, but for whatever reason I thought channel4 and Andrew were on the same path, not Zaku and Andrew. So we're actually doing two bowls here: a Japanese one for channel4 and another Thai one because I got confused.*
channel4, you pulled a #8. Lucky chap!
TSBA, you got a #5. Not the worst.
Let's see what happens for channel4!:
https://youtu.be/yvgJ3Vsfsvo?t=713
You did it!
Now TSBA:
https://youtu.be/xJiLR5qfHWA?t=552
You did it too!
My bad, again. Glad it worked out. And that was the right strategy for Bite the Bun. I think it can work as a game, but the times are going to be a lot less lenient next time.
Zaku, you rolled a five! So the front of your board is just barely over the goal line, but count it!
So now:
channel4 --> Sumo Rings
Two dice are rolled.
To beat...
Grandpa: get a 2-10
Shin: get a 2-7
Jo: get a 2-7
Animal: get a 2-4
Large Fuji: get a 2
--
Zaku --> Ball Cupping
Which slot will the ball fall into?
--
TSBA --> Honeycomb Maze (Thai style)
The 'X' room is locked so you'll have to go around it. Ignore the positioning of guards and the contestant (and don't try climbing on top like he is!), but the goal is in the correct position (so rooms 11 and 18 will get you there). Also, there's only the two guards, but they are both standing in the doorway between two rooms, so they'll catch you if you are in either of those two rooms. Choose wisely!

Ooh, was worried for a moment there because of Animal.
Ball number 1 please. Hoping to get a good guard.

Re: Castle Hunt III
channel4, I’m glad you remembered to choose a number because I didn’t remember to mention it. Well, depending on your definition you got a “good” guard - unfortunately meaning good at Sumo! You got Large Fuji. And with an 8, you weren’t able to fight your way out of that one.
So with two strikes, you’re now on your way to Thailand to play Skipping Stones. This pool has a couple more rows of stones and six sinking stones. However, in Thailand the stones wobble more than they sink so you have a 30% chance of surviving a bad stone.

I know Andrew, I was kind of shocked you didn’t fall Well if you were in the first Thai bowl as I should’ve done you would’ve fallen over (assuming you were still pin #5 anyway) so you even benefitted from my mistake
Unfortunately, the benefitting ends theee for now as you met both Flame-Haired Demon and Bald-Haired demon standing in the doorways of 6 and 11
Back to Japan for you and on to Ball Cupping. Unfortunately I’m not on my computer right now and am at a diner, so will have to do that later. Hang on!
