I found a YouTube user who works on Takeshi's Castle Saudia Arabia, as a designer by the looks of things.
He's posted a video of photos of the set. The first few are of a new game for Series 2, I won't say what it is in case you want to avoid spoilers.

I don't know how long ago he did this video. I believe they started filming the series just before the first lockdown last year.

Wow, it's been awhile!
I'm feeling really dumb at the moment, but the new thing is Extinction, right? I see the red cage in the background, but the animal statues are an interesting touch!
Yep, they stopped filming a few days after we shut down in Florida. I haven't seen anything about filming (though I've only just looked up the hashtag and only have time to go back to early February), but maybe they've restarted by now? And it felt like they got a handful of episodes done when they were filming last March, so fingers crossed we'll be seeing them soon!
