I'm guessing two - the first and one of the second series courses (the second I think). Certainly from the 4th series on they seemed to have specials more and more often and I'm gambling on there being one on both season 3 courses (Blind Date on one and I'm assuming there was a couples or family edition as well that series, and assuming it was on the other course)
