 Forgotten Obstacles
No I am not talking about unused ones, I am talking about the ones that appeared only once.
One I really know of is the Eye of the Needle. 
I forgot the rest , someone can name more.

Well... let's see what I can remember and rate all of those..!
Bungee Bridge (remember it first because of his unpopular it was  Glad they tried it, but didn't work that well!
Great Wall (thought this idea was actually worth thinking about, but I guess they decided the Warped Wall was too iconic of an obstacle to mess with after all! Plus they stole a Takeshi game name 
Prism Tilt (fun obstacle, unique falls, should've appeared more!
Hill Jump (not the best, but honestly preferable to just the steps we have now)
Hurdle Jump (loved it! Kinda evil though)
Cone Jump (good idea, nice to see a motor used on the first obstacle. But a bit lame considering all that)
Dance Bridge (unique idea that I didn't dislike, but kind of a weird one)
Swing Jump (fun idea, but looked so scary!!)
Giant Swing (I know it technically appeared twice but each version only appeared once  Sasuke 26 version was decent, but for some reason I loved the Sasuke 27 version as a third obstacle.)
Log Slope (not a bad start; a few funny moments)
Curtain Slider (interesting idea, but probably good it didn't stay any longer TBH)
Circle Hammer (weird name to choose, kind of a lame obstacle too. But again, for one tournament it was cool to see!)
Timbers (more interesting than the regular Steps because it has different angles and all)
Jump Hang from 13 (jump and grab a rope was a unique twist to the obstacle. Probably would've quickly gotten stale though.)
Reverse Fly (been discussed a lot already, but it was a neat idea. Kind of weird that no similar idea ever came from it really!)
Rope Reverse (once again, discussed before. I actually liked it! Sue me )
Delta Bridge (kind of a weird one, but it's elimination was funny )
Skywalk (was it good? The world may never know )
Narrow (just discussed it, I know; pretty easy but points for originality!)
Sasuke 18 final obstacle in Stage Two that I forgot the name of (good to see something different, but that looked highly dangerous!)
Bar Glider (didn't like it because of the stoppers  )
Either I'm going crazy or there are very few one-off obstacles in Stage Two and Three

Believe it or not - floating boards was one of them, despite it appearing for 7 seasons in ANW

Oh yeah, how'd I forget about that?!
Also, kind of weird that one lastest one tournament and that people grabbed both sides of the board in Japan

If these were edited, they did a VERY VERY VV*spits in the middle of the chant*VERY good job. If not What happened to them? This was the video that gave me nightmares of these obstacles.
I remember seeing the Reverse Fly, good obstacle.
