Here's why.https://bkeshiheads.runboard.com/p349965,from=rss#post349965https://bkeshiheads.runboard.com/p349965,from=rss#post349965I have a lot more responsibilities than I had in the past. This would be expected, as I've entered high school this year. In my free time, I try to find activities and things that interest me. I've found quite a few interesting things to do. I feel that I'll be spending a lot of time doing these things, such as reading. I feel that I can learn a lot by reading. My aim is to reduce my usage of the Internet. Although the Internet can provide us convenient access to knowledge, this information can be unreliable and misleading. I believe that at my age, I have to make good decisions. I have to move away from topics or things that I no longer have interest for. This is to ensure I can focus on what is not only more interesting, but also more important. One of the things I realized I was no longer interested in was Takeshi's Castle. It's a fun show, but I got bored of it and haven't been able to catch up with any news about it. The show is now only taking up space in my mind, without any significance to me. Therefore, I want to forget about Takeshi's Castle so that I can learn about other shows, or other things. This also means that I will no longer be using my account to post on this forum, or any other forums. I won't be creating a new Runboard account to explore other boards. Forums and message boards are a great way to share information, but I feel that they are mostly used by people who have common interests. I wouldn't see a company or organization use a forum or message board as a means of such communication. I know that Takeshi's Castle means a lot to some people. However, I'm more mature now, and I have a different mindset. Of course, many of our members are also mature, yet continue to talk and post about these game shows. My current mindset is that these game shows have had a lot of effort put into their production. However, the theme and format of these shows vary. The theme of an 'obstacle course game show' is not unique. It's very old. Takeshi's Castle didn't necessarily evolve game shows. I tend to lose interest in books, films or TV shows if there's nothing that makes them unique or new. In conclusion, after much thought, I have decided that Takeshi's Castle, and this forum, are no longer worth my time. I hope that all readers respect my decision, thoughts and reasons as to why I'm leaving this board. I'll come back to read your opinions or thoughts on my decision, but I won't be posting after that. If you respect my decision, it means you shouldn't try to change it. I'm sure other users have left this forum for similar reasons and perhaps may or may not have spoken up. Thank you for taking the time to read this long post. nondisclosed_email@example.com (alextakeshicastle)Tue, 05 Dec 2017 13:36:09 +0000
