Re: Ninja Warrior at RTL2
I think it would have been better if DSF payed for a voice-over. All of their imported sports-gameshows had good voice-over(Takeshi, Sports Bakka, Pago Pago, Xapatan, Ice Warriors, It's a knockout, Gladiators, Blade Warriors.. I loved that channel back then )
Banzuke on DSF would be great. Fingers crossed If Ninja Warrior won't be successful you can't blame me. I told nearly everyone I know to watch it

Re: Ninja Warrior at RTL2
No one can blame you if it isn't popular, because you got it on the channel in the first place!
They should be showing Sports Bakka next to Ninja, to make a longer block of Japanese shows. Seeing as they showed SB recently, then it'd have viewers/new followers and then they'd get into Ninja too.

Re: Ninja Warrior at RTL2
They put the second word into action. Today DSF announced that they bought the rights for the second season of the new American Gladiators and will air them from the 5th February onwards fridays at 8:15pm. After AG there will be two more episodes of Ninja Warrior. So I think ratings are quite good, otherwise they wouldn't show Ninja Warrior at that time.
Takeshi could really move closer and closer.

Really good news. I think they should employ you, seeing as this is all down to you
I hope the ratings are good for Ninja.

Re: Ninja Warrior at RTL2
Codex is to RTL2 what Dan is to Challenge.
It makes me lol that people get paid to find good shows yet you two do it for free :/

Re: Ninja Warrior at RTL2
Not to RTL2, but DSF. RTL2 didn't care that much about the things I told them, but DSF did.
And it is worth doing their job for free when we get good shows on TV. But if DSF or another channel wants to pay me for that I wouldn't say no.
It looks like Ninja Warrior does quite well for DSF. They have already started to show Ninja Warrior during Primetime on Fridays and added reruns of four episodes on Satudays.

Re: Ninja Warrior at RTL2
I should read more carefully.
Glad it's doing well. Maybe you'll get new episodes before we do!
