Re: Looking for some brainstorming help with a TC story
Okay, just for fun I'm trying something a bit different - kind of a more fictitious idea...
Takeshi and Higashi notice that a disproportionate number of competitors are making it through each game. As you'd expect, the Count is not happy with this new trend and vows to find out why the contestants are doing so well. Are the games simply too easy? Is Takeshi cursed? Did Tani provide the contestants with a training regimen? No matter what, he would stop at nothing to solve the problem.
--
So it's basically a fictional prompt, where you can create your own reason for the scenario and (if you like!) detail how Takeshi plans to fix this issue.
I hope that made sense! I won't be offended if you're not interested in this one

That's an interesting one! Hmmm...I can see them upping the difficulty on the Honeycomb Maze.
Edit: In fact, now that I think about it, it is a good prompt to explain why Takeshi got rid of the Square Maze in favor of the Honeycomb. I don't have the statistics, but the Honeycomb is generally accepted to be more difficult yes?

Re: Looking for some brainstorming help with a TC story
Yes, that makes sense as the Honeycomb Maze has a much more complex design and six doors per room as opposed to only 4.

That should include the addition of Animal as a guard?

Re: Looking for some brainstorming help with a TC story
I would bet you'll find the Honeycomb Maze was statistically more difficult. But either way, it's a good response to the prompt considering it's "bigger" and "better" in most people's minds.

I can imagine it was! Three to one odds are never good!

Hey there,
I have some free time now. I want to see if I can write this prompt.
