Skipping Stones - Fast or Slow?

Pretty simple here but basically a poll asking whether people preferred to see the quick sinking stones in the first series of the slow drop ones in the second series. The difference for me is in the fails really - loads of funny ones in the first series but only a handful I would want a replay of in the second series IMHO.

I agree that fast was better. emoticon I remember many more falls from the fast game than the slow one. And the slow one just looked less interesting too I think a lot of the competitors in season two didnt try as hard. emoticon

Definitely a third vote for fast. The season one version was so much more like the Japanese one, which is actually fitting when you consider it - season one tried to be a proper remake of Takeshi's Castle, season two became "Watch our idol guest girls timidly play the same games every week." It's just suck emoticon

Re: Skipping Stones - Fast or Slow?

Seems we have a common opinion really - and that was to be expected when I made this poll. Anyway not too confident we will ever see the faster version again - especially as it seems we're once again playing series 3 in Lido Lakes Resort & Conference!

They have had over a year to prepare though - here's hoping that rather than it tetering on the edge of being cancelled they actually chose to hold off on series three simply because they realized some things needed to be changed. I still do find myself doubting that Skipping Stones will be changed at all though really.

They've now had 13 months to prepare. And no news. No surprise.
