Re: How I'd do Series 3 - with the benefit of no budget limit!

To be fair, they only just announced the new season, so probably have nothing new to show yet. Though I wouldn't be too surprised if that pic is as exciting as things get emoticon

I find it a little convoluted. It is to perplex you know? I would play Slippery hill with balls and bowling and spinning surfboard and the carts that drive on dirt every week maybe. I find it simpler however still pleasant.

Really see no problem with using blocks to spruce things up a bit - and think it pretty much says it all that you don't know the proper names of any of the games.

Meanwhile thinking that Takeshi1's plan may exceed the spatial maximum before busting the budget - looks like at least a hundred games to build right there! emoticon

With no budget you could buy/rent more space... emoticon

Sorry, Takeshi1 emoticon

*continues dreaming* It's a real shame that instead of having no budget, the third series will likely be done on a shoestring emoticon

Wow, Kakeshi! Much thought went into your design. I agree with MessUp that you have possibly put more time and thought into this than the producers.

I would like to see more Boulder Dash segments. That has been a longtime favorite of mine. Please no more Bite the Buns! The use of food elements is revolting to me! emoticon

They’ve yet to add the boulders/Avalanche, and I kind of doubt they ever will now, seeing how they got stuck in the rut of having the same challenges each week. Thailand did a great job of recreating it (twice!), so wish Indonesia would do the same.

Bite the Bun isn’t on this version either - just Slippery Wall. Every week. For the past two years. I’d supply them with all the buns and other food items if it meant they’d have an alternative starting game!

Children children behave on page 1. emoticon emoticon

Love your plans Kakeshi! I wish I would have more time to look at your ideas to mix it up but I like the idea of having three blocks. emoticon

Have they ever put a team episode? I hope so because it was not uncommon to see couples competing in Japan. emoticon I also enjoy the episodes where you get a new game though so maybe we can add a new game in the middle of season 3 as well. emoticon

Are we in charge of the show or just a fan website? If so the audience may think we are a little overeager though I think this is most likely just a discussion website? emoticon

If we are in control of the show I think we have to add Avalanche because it is so fun and can have interesting changes at least half of the time. emoticon

I agree that an all-new main game would be really good to have and Avalanche is definitely one of the better ones. Let's hope they make it!

emoticon No, we're just a fansite - not producing the Indonesian remake. If we were, it certainly wouldn't be the same games every week and have a Celebrity ep every other week!
