🇮🇩 Now You See Me Played: 9 times
First appeared: Ep 10 Last Appeared: Ep 19
Contestants have to make their way up a ramp, but are only allowed to move when the guard at the top (either Tyson or Mat) isn't looking. This is made hard by the giant Daruma costumes they are wearing.
When the guard is facing the other way he chants "Daruma Daruma Daruma..". This lets the contestants know how much time they have to move and when they should stop. As soon as the guard finishes the chant he turns around. Anyone he catches moving will be pushed down the hill and are out of the game.
Any contestants that manage to get all the way to the goal at the top of the hill, without being spotted moving, win.
On a couple of its appearances, the game was played downhill, so there was the risk of toppling forwards as you came down to the goal.
🇮🇩 Gibraltar Played: 4 times
First appeared: Ep 14 Last Appeared: Ep 18
The contestant has to cross a thin wobbly bridge to the other side. While they're on the bridge, Guards will fire balls at them, from a cannon, to try and knock them off.
At the beginning of the bridge the contestant has to catch a golden ball, which is shot to them by the General or by Nabila. While crossing the bridge the contestant must hold onto the ball at all times; as if it drops, and they lose it, they must catch another one.
If the contestant does drop the ball they have to make it all the way back to the General so he can fire them another one. Anyone who makes it across the bridge, with the golden ball in hand, wins.
🇮🇩 Great Hunter Played: 4 times
First appeared: Ep 12 Last Appeared: Ep 17
The Guards dress in animals costumes that have big hinged heads. The four animals are a giraffe, a kangaroo, a bear and a chicken. On each contestants' turn, one of these animals wanders across a shooting range. The contestant, who is a few meters away, has to use the the General's cannon to fire balls at them - trying to knock off the animal's head.
There are a couple of rocks and a big tree for the Guards to hide behind, but they usually spend most of their time taunting the contestants.
If a contestant manages to shoot off the animal's head they win the game. But if they run out of balls, while the animal's head is still in place, the contestant loses and gets taunted by Mat or Tyson.
On its second appearance, a cage was added in which losing competitors were thrown in by the Guards.
🇮🇩 Man Eating Hole Played: 40 times
First appeared: Ep 1 Last Appeared: Ep 40
'Final Fall' is used to further whittle down the remaining contestants before the 'Show Down'.
One at a time the contestants run through a tunnel, avoiding a guard who is waiting at the exit to surprise them, to reach five holes in the ground. Possible guards include a man dressed up as a rock or a tree or Kenta chasing with a chicken bone. They then must choose a hole and jump down it.
Three of the holes are safe and will take the contestant through to the 'Show Down', but hiding down the other two are two of Takeshi's Guards. If a contestant chooses one of these two wrong holes, the Guard down it will stop them getting any further and they'll be out of the game.
🇮🇩 High Roller Played: 20 times
First appeared: Ep 41 Last Appeared: Ep 60
The contestant has to make their way over a row of six cylinders that are positioned above water, each alternating between being lower and higher, to reach the platform on the other side.
The rollers aren't fixed still, so may spin around when stepped on. On most of the game's appearances, some rollers are manually spun by guards standing to the side, making the game much harder. The contestant needs to move quickly, and have good balance, so that they're not rolled off.
🇮🇩 Devil Domain Played: 59 times
First appeared: Ep 1 Last Appeared: Ep 60
This is a maze made up of 21 hexagon-shaped rooms, which all look exactly the same. The rooms have six doors, one in each wall, which all open outwards and inwards. However some of the doors in some rooms are dummies, which don't open, as they're against outside walls. The contestant enters the maze at the top and has to try to find the exit, which is at the other side on the bottom.
Waiting inside are two Guards (originally Tyson and Mat) who are trying to find the contestant. The contestant needs to avoid the Guards, because if they get caught they'll get thrown out of the maze, and will have lost the game.
There are several exits all along the left and bottom sides of the maze, but only one is correct. If the contestant comes out of the wrong door they'll fall into a pool of water and will have also lost the game.
If a contestant manages to make it through the maze, avoiding being caught by the guards, and exits through the correct door they win.
After a while, a third guard was added to the Maze in some episodes to help catch the contestants.
There is a viewing platform above one of the rooms, which Fero stands on and yells directions at the contestants from. In some series one episodes, and most episodes after series one, Fero is joined by his assistant: Nabila, Poppy or Maria. In one appearance, Takeshi and his henchmen stood on the platform, attempting to trick the contestants with faulty advice.
🇮🇩 Flying Mushroom Played: 14 times
First appeared: Ep 1 Last Appeared: Ep 20
The contestant starts on a high platform, at one side of a pool, and has to grab onto the stalk of a giant mushroom. Once they're gripped on, the Guard (almost always Tyson) spins the stalk around and the mushroom starts flying over the lake - spinning as it goes.
The contestant needs to hold on until they reach a small platform floating on the lake. Here they have to let go and drop onto this finish spot. If they manage to land safely, and stay on the platform, they win the game. If they slip off and fall into the water, at any time, they've lost.
There are two ropes - one on either side of the stalk - to help grip on.
🇮🇩 Quake Played: 20 times
First appeared: Ep 41 Last Appeared: Ep 60
Five contestants at a time enter a room and sit on a pile of cushions each. Once they're all sitting, the room begins to shake.
The contestants have to try and stay balanced on their cushions until the earthquake ends, without falling off. If they manage to do this, the contestant wins the game. However, if they fall off the cushions at any point, the contestant loses the game.
