Re: Messup's at Home Courses
I jumped on the scale today and I'm now below 120 lb. Yay..
At least it's somethinf though I suppose, hoping most of it's height, or possibly muscle? No, height is the only possible explanation

Re: Messup's at Home Courses
Is that a good weight? Guess it depends on how tall you are. It feels a bit too low to me. Unless you're quite short?

You are a growing young man and bone is heavy. You can expect to gain some weight as you grow taller and your body's frame reaches its full size.

Re: Messup's at Home Courses
Thank you guys for you replies!
Too light? Well I suppose that's a relief (and a surprise) to hear I'm a couple inches over average height for my age.
You're right Miamigirl.
Don't worry guys, I'm not losing any sleep over it, I just like to keep track for when I'm doing Ninja training and stuff

Re: Messup's at Home Courses
You'll need to check out the BMI charts to know what weight is "ideal". You compare your height to your weight and it'll tell you if you're under, over or just right.

Re: Messup's at Home Courses
Today was most certainly my "cheat day" of the month. I only did my daily stuff (5.5 miles per hour on the treadmill at 15 incline until I reach 100 calories, 20 push-ups and two door pull-ups), which is crazy.
Eating candy certainly doesn't help how you feel doing these either!

I'd say it's crazy that you can even do that everyday!

Re: Messup's at Home Courses
Thanks, but it's not really (at least for me because I'm used to a lot of them)
Ready to properly train today!
