Warning: clicking the links spoils the result, watch video first emoticon

I've said that DotA 2 isn't a spectator sport - and I still prefer Counter-strike or Starcraft - but holy hell what a game ]The International 2018 ]final was to watch from midnight to 6pm!!

Prize: $11 million! (and $4 million for the runner-up)

Two Finnish players in one team.

And the game goes all the way to game 5.

Watch game 5 highlights:

CS:GO Finnish champion ENCE defeated tonight Team Liquid, considered team #2 in the world at the moment, and goes to semifinals of Katowice major.
By far greatest achievement by a Finnish team yet in the game emoticon

ENCE defeated the 2nd and 3rd best teams in the world, but the clear #1 of the season Astralis was too much emoticon

Like pretty much everything else these day, Danish Astralis took the trophy and half million dollar prize.

ENCE won Blast Pro Series Madrid tournament, beating Astralis in final 2-0 (for prize of $125,000).

Notable is that they won Astralis in their home map Nuke, which Astralis had won in every tournament game for over a year, 31 previous rounds they'd played the map.
