Re: Takeshi Info
There were always at least six contestants whenever any episode with the normal Show Down had a winner.
Japan/Challenge/Contestants
031 /S2 09 /10
078 /S4 21 /07
088 /S4 16 /06
099 /S1 39 /08
113 /S1 18 /06
118 /S1 21 /07
123 /S1 26 /06
124 /S1 27 /06
--- Happy halloween I guess.

Re: Takeshi Info
Nice, Alex.
Least Contestants in Japanese Show Down: one (ep. 22, ep. 122)
Most Contestants in Japanese Show Down: seventeen (ep. 75)
Least Contestants in Thai Show Down: four (ep. 8, ep. 10)
Most contestants in Thai Show Down: sixteen (ep. 1)
Thai Fractions and Decimals:
Over half of the winners appeared in the first three episodes.
Half of the games appeared in the first three episodes.
For every one outing of Skittles, there'res 3.7 outings for Bridge Ball (as of right now. Skittles is least played, Bridge Ball is most.)
While 48/85 of the episodes of TCT have someone new in the castle (an ever-shrinking fraction really!).
EDITED FOR UPDATED INFO.

Re: Takeshi Info
I'm sure skittle #1 has survived in more than 1 episode.
Thanks

Re: Takeshi Info
Well in Japan, yes but Thailand no! It's not been played that much though anyway.

Re: Takeshi Info
TCT:
Sumo Rings and Tug of War - the two guard games - never appear in the same episode.
Same is true with Skittles and Wet Paint - both played on the slope.
TC:
Many games inspired others, Fish Food and Bridge the Gap, for example inspired Wipe Out. Rope inspired Bridge Ball, Square Maze inspired Honeycomb Maze and The Great Wall inspired Slippery Wall.
About 5.3% of episodes resulted in a win for the army of contestants.

I wouldn't say inspired, but more like improved. Especially in Rope and Square Maze, where they kept their original names (Gibralter Strait and Devil's Mansion.)

Re: Takeshi Info
Yeah but I was thinking Challenge versions
New Japan fractions:
Well over half the episodes have Skipping Stones.
Jo is the fighter in the most Sumo Rings games (31/33).
