From nowhere, SOMETHING NEW!

It's only taken a year to get this episode out. Here it is, at bloody last, we're wrapping up this Best Of series with the final episode, featuring highlights from the final regular episodes of TCT. If you can even remember back that far now. Reminisce and enjoy.

Please note: I never actually ask rsmcc to sing.

Hey it's nice to look back a few decades thanks emoticon Nah, I still remember the downward spiral all too clearly emoticon

Anyway, I'll be watching soon (Ninja then to this)!

Okay adding review into this same post

-------

That was a great way to end the series! The commentary that escaped rsmcc's lips was still great emoticon

Honeycomb Maze: What a sweet round! I liked this variation on it and I guess rsmcc just had to make some jokes...

Sumo Rings: Ah, my favorite game! I liked this round too! Medusa's wig fell off emoticon I liked this Greek mythology take on it emoticon

Mud Ball: The team version was something I particularly enjoyed, especially the end where they hit each other emoticon This was a muddy outing for the game and the catch was impressive. How did the subject change so much during the ridiculous replay? emoticon emoticon

Avalanche: And more balls! Yes the beatings to the guards (especially the first one) was the high point of this game. I remember watching that episode at miamigirl's house and rofling (literally!) for about five minutes emoticon Something about it just amused me!

Turtle Hurtle: When rsmcc complained about the third pirate being unfair, it reminded me of how miamigirl would always react from a variation/any guard beating a contestant; twas great emoticon Then the bunny baby variation just couldn't be missed emoticon

Bridge Ball: The game it makes sense to end with. This wobbly bridge caused many great wipeouts today! I particularly enjoyed the last one - and remember it clearly from its original airing - where the woman slips at the very end and bounces off the net emoticon Those last minute catches only happened a couple times and when they did I always loved them. Also Jamins... rsmcc made a good point about the cannon being on the platform - they could have done that instead of the one on the starting platform twice. I didn't get his point about the optical illusion with the helmet though emoticon

Well what a great show this has been. Chock full of TCT's best bits blended together with great commentary from RJ/rsmcc. What better a way to celebrate TCT's past brilliance?

So many people ate it today, but not in the eating Bite the Bun. Maybe in season 3...

OK I digress emoticon

I don't remember the Sumo Rings clown at all!, but it's nice to have a surprise.

Avalanche was great fun...that poor guard!

Well, you did once, years ago. You've regretted it ever since. emoticon

Some of these still are on YouTube, and on my first, I've been noticed! Sort of.

Hey they weren’t negative comments. It could have been “Who's this idiot, he’s useless”, so it’s all good. emoticon

Funny you said that, Dan...

A couple of years later, and Episode 7 has had an explosion of comments. A few express fond memories of watching their country's version, including at least one Japanese. Many are from India saying how weird it feels for them to hear a voice over by anyone other than Javed Jaffery, and a couple of those outright saying he's better. I don't doubt it.

I had to laugh, though at how a couple of them are UK viewers saying the same thing about Craig. Craig. No mention of Jonathan Ross, even though this is the Thai show. That tells you... Some even complain about yours truly.

Quote:

The commentary for this is absolutely terrible.

To which someone replied "So, what's your solution? Constructive criticism is the way to go about things." Whoa. Calm down.

Quote:

No the voice actors voice is stressing me. It's so hard to go from Craig Charles to this person.

Again, Craig. Not Jonathan. The next person said "I know right. It's just not as exciting". But then the next one says "If you don't like this, watch the Comedy Central version and get back to me."

Take that! I'm better than Roman Kemp! (I won't put myself ahead of Jonathan.) That's hilarious. So is another who quite enjoyed it.

Quote:

This commentary makes this so much more entertaining.

Wow. Really? The mind boggles.
