There is now an advert for the revived Fear Factor. It's coming to the UK very soon on 5*. Very surprised Challenge didn't pick this one up. Still great to know that another UK broadcaster decided to acquire it, though.

About time! They had said it was going to air in the summer, but that has been and gone.
Although I have seen all the episodes now, bar the donkey one. Hopefully they'll show that.

So I went back and watched the rest of the most recent series.
The other episodes are SO much better than that first one they aired as the premiere. I was bored through that first ep but the rest were awesome. Genuinely confused as to why they put that one on first, totally turned me and probably lots of other people off from the show.
The final 2 eps with 5 stunts and 5 teams was amazing.
Ugh, what a disappointment.

They obviously chose the episode they did to air first because the first stunt had EXPLOSIONS!!!!!!!111112
Never mind that it was actually quite a dull challenge.
But yeah, I really enjoyed the whole series. I don't understand how it can be axed because of people complaining out contestants eating rank stuff. That has been a part of the show FOREVER. And they've eaten testicles numerous times. What do they think is inside them? How was this different? Idiots.

But the gross stunts were my favourites 
Kinda sounds more like 1001 Ways to Leave a Gameshow with the trivia part, but it might be good. Doubt anything will ever match up to Fear Factor though 
Still no sign of it on 5*. What's going on with that!?

So after my season 7 binge, I went back and watched loads of season 1 and remembered why I stopped watching fear factor. Yes the stunts weren't as good back then but people actually being afraid of things, you know fear, was so much better. Also I hated the team format. I loved that in most of the first season, everyone could make it to the final challenge, it just didn't happen often.
Oh also the trash talking they encouraged in later seasons was rubbish. "You are so ugly"
...and that would affect the stunt how?
