Re: Episode 3 (9th October)

Another good episode!

In short, Roller Derby was too... well, short. It felt like it was over before it began. Also, unfitting music from Mushroom Trip Indonesia in the background? emoticon

Speaking of unfitting music, the light Nuts & Milk playing in the background of Blueberry Hill is so strange. It fits Bridge the Gap much better, really. I like this one, but why did they push the guy who made it to the top down? It's like you have to remain still when he turns around AFTER you cross the finish line emoticon

Palm Tree Trip was fun, even though everyone really makes it to the platform. The stalk knockouts were funny today, but hopefully don't happen every time. It looks painful, too!

Home Run wasn't the last game! Interesting move, and glad that it'll be somewhat flexible. Of course Slip Way is a pretty lame ending emoticon

The guy who landed on the alligator in Knock Knock was funny, and (although we don't want it often) it's good to see someone finish Skipping Stones with the slow approach.

Less like Slippery Wall, more like Muddy Wall this week! Good to see a lot of mud like the original emoticon

Also nice to see more sketches this week with the guest guy. And different rooms of the castle! I wish they did a bit more with the fishing scene; I don't even know who that character is!

Also, no new trailer at the end of this episode - just the same as last week emoticon I WANT SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO!

Slippery Wall was a lot of fun. Is it mud or sand mixed in with water?

The Skipping Stones music was playing during the battlefield reporter's intro, so why not use it in Skipping Stones?!

Enjoyed Roller Derby. It's great to see games that haven't been in the recent remakes, or any remakes at all. Same goes for Home Run. Hope there's more

I felt the camera work in the Showdown was better this week, or I'm getting used to it!

The clips in the end credits were definitely taken from this week's episode so it may be a few days before we find out what's in store next week

I know right, they should also make the pitch of BGM, +0.20 like how they played it in Ep 3-beyond of the original show.

I’ve just caught up with the last couple of episodes. I wish they’d have made more of Roller Derby. It seemed like a perfect remake, but it was so short. And again the camera angles ruined it. Why a front-on shot the whole time? The camera director (if there is one) should be fired. So many games are ruined onscreen my poor angles and no sense of scale or length or orientation. Same in Wipe Out. A close up of the contestant the whole time. We need to see the board and a longer shot of the obstacles in their way, to get a sense of what’s actually happening.

I really don’t like this General. He has no redeeming qualities. Harsh, violent and just comes across as generally unpleasant. The exact opposite to how the General should be. Look at Tani. Shahkrit. Fero... Then look at this guy. Awful. 😪 .

I watched it... the camels were too quick to enjoy =_= I don't like most of the games but I really enjoy watch lmao. I guess that's a compliment to the producers? Hehe

There are a few games that are a bit crap so far. Roller Derby looked good but went by too fast. We need longer shots for it, I think.

We'll see if they improve it next week!

Most games are good though, and none of them go on enough to be bad anyway. Also, there's no game (aside from Slippery Wall so far) that's been played EVERY SINGLE TIME. That's such a big point of TC that the two previous remakes missed.

Honestly, I'm in love emoticon
