Re: The Post About Today Topic

I really, truly, really hate to rant but:

I had to run cross-country again. I hate running activities but it appears that's all my parents think I'm capable of emoticon And you know it's 100 times worse in Loveland.

It's about five times as many kids (even though it's a much smaller school) and it's all people I don't really get on with emoticon I do really try, but all everyone wants to talk about is either completely inappropriate (IN PUBLIC PLACES) or all about playing Fortnite or how fast they are at running. Essentially, they're the opposite of me emoticon

Plus we have completely different values. People think I'm crazy for running at home without shoes, but they don't think it's insane to push me onto a busy street (thankfully not too busy at that time) that there was no reason to be running on in the first place!

Also, just to start a different type of conversation than usual, I was telling them what I was doing in the off-season between Track and Cross-country (basically ninja training and reading a couple of books). I got so many sideways looks on the ninja training, with people asking me how the hell that relates to running. First-of-all, it actually has some similarities and second-of-all, MY LIFE ISN'T ABOUT RUNNING. In fact I hate it emoticon I like to challenge myself to prove I can do it, not just to bring pride to my school/help me graduate, sorry.

I had so much figured-out in Florida, now I have to wait three years to find somewhere I like and rebuild emoticon

Sorry, I just hate it here emoticon

I really don’t know what to say other than you need to tell your parents how much new you hate running. You shouldn’t be made to do something you don’t want to, especially if it’s stressing you out this much!

Whoops, wrong cheesy translation-joke-language? emoticon

In all seriousness, congratulations! Sounds like a very major test, so awesome to get a grade like that emoticon

It's cool that you're doing this - is it at a school or a little online class? I'm intrigued!

Merci!

It wasn’t major, it’s part of an app I brought. Cost £27 but it’s worth it a you get official certificates from the tests, like I did from this one. Although it’s pretty major to me personally as I’m shocked I’ve managed to actually learn some of a new language at all!

If you do want to try a new language then download Buusu. It’s definitely worth paying for if you’re serious about it, but you can also get it for free (without most of the features though, of course). That and another app called Duolingo. I’m using both and they seem to be working.

I can’t get my head around past, present and future tenses and how the words and sentence structures change. It’so frustrating that I just can’t understand what it’s trying to teach me about it. Although I don’t think they’re explaining it well enough to make it understandable.

But once I’ve made my way through the app I’m planning on getting some proper lessons to help me with the areas I don’t understand and with my pronounciation which I doubt is that great!

Thanks, Dan! I will give it that it's far, far better than track (and I don't have to go to school just before it - for two months anyway), but I hate waking-up at 7:30 in order to do something I don't love.

Guess it's good practice for a job anyway emoticon

That sounds great, keep it up emoticon

Something creepy happened the other day. I find it gross. A chipmunk invaded Messups lvely residence! It was setting inside. Their cat had the chipmunk in his mouth. The cats name is smoky i think. Messups family cat was caught stowing a rodent within the realms of his mouth by the nomenclature of smoky. I find it crazytown. I asked Messups Dad how did he eliminate it. I said did it smell repulsive? Messups father explained the huge fact that the chipmonk was alive. I find it crazy o. He said he dumped out a trashcan in order to catch the chipmonk within it. I find it ambitious o. He did not catch it o. I foudn that stupid. He then explained that he grabbed a bigger container. He chuckled. He put it above the chipmonk! He caught it! The rodent was manifested within a box! I found the story insane however hilarious. One time a bird flew within my front door several months ago. It landed on my china cabinet o. I found it nerve wracking. It was worrisome you know. It left o. It flew out my door! I find that relieving. It may be dead now o, I find it crappy. Well anyway Messups dad and Messups sisters and Messup released the chipmonk into there forest. I apoligize i mean their. I find it homophonic. Messups sister than explained the fact that her father dumped the trash into her sink. She said she was confused o. She told me and my husband that she asked Messup whether he dumped the crap in the sink. Messup said he did not. Messup then explained that he was a little worried to hear about the strange occurence. His father than came downstairs. He explained to Messups sister that he dumped it into hrer sink when he attempted to cpature the rodent. Messup than found it hysterical. I found it childish. His dad then said his sister should clean it up o. I find that unjust.

Well guess what Messup and his family are visiting Kentucky. I find it unique. Is it mainly white people? Is it diverse a little? I find it ponderous. I am a huge adversity o. I apoligize i mean diversity rather. Spanish people are quite diverse within my lvely state of residence o. I find it lovely/ Well they attended a dance. The dude talking asked people where they were from. I found it good to diversity. Messup and his family said florida. The dude then said is anyone from west virginia? Messups sister cheered. His family found it hilarious. She is 5 years old you know? I find it understandable possibly.

The theme song's in my head now. I've just come back from our first full week's holiday for 4 years. Down to Clogherhead, Co. Louth, which we last visited 12 years ago. An area that really ought to be better known to Father Ted and Mrs. Brown fans because it's neighbouring village is called Termonfeckin. No, really. We picked a good time didn't we? Irish aren't designed for this. The heatwave brought a hosepipe ban to NI, which hadn't happened for 23 years. We all felt a little unwell from the heat at different points during the week, but enjoyed it for the most part. I was particularly roasted on Wednesday which was when we went to Dublin for the day. It was 31°C by mid afternoon. That made me feel ill, so Australia's off the table for a destination for me, then. emoticon Or judging by the comments by some tourists at Jameson's Distillery, America's off limits to me too. They said this isn't hot to them. Needs to be 35 or above for them, apparently. The guide and the Irish and couple of Germans in the room groaned. You know how British media love to talk about the hottest/coldest/wettest/snowiest/etc. X since records began? Well Ireland had that last week. While we sought shade in Dublin, somewhere in the midlands of the country - can't remember where exactly - temps got to 33.8 °C, which meant that - since records began! emoticon - last Wednesday was Ireland's HOTTEST. DAY. EVER. When we get rain again, anyone caught whinging "bah, summer's over" should be blasted into space. We can't handle weather at all in these isles... emoticon

The other highlights were return visits after 12 years to Trim Castle which is more open now than I remembered it, and the ancient monument at Newgrange. Older than Stonehenge and Egypt's pyramids, in case you never knew, so there. Still as cool, creepy and mystical as ever.

As long as if you're referring to the 80s cartoon (and The Chipmunk Adventure animated movie from 1987). Those are pretty good.

Youn know what Messups dad is making him feature within his cross country team. I find it insanity o. It is good teamwork o. I find that nice however lousy. My husband just turned a page within his book. He is reading some crap novel. I find it novel. It was a pun! I found his novel to be hugely novel. I find my pun worthy of a laugh. Well anyway Messup missed cross country today a little. His parents allowed him to miss practice! I find it suprising and his parents are huge serious sports people o. I find it annoying due to the fact that my son refused to play sports. It is a double standard! I find it weird. Well one time i made rules to my son. I said no eating ice creams from my refridge. I find it strict however healthier a little. My favorite flavor is espresso coffee beam. It is yummy. I apoligize i forgot the subject at hand. I find it hilarious. I said he must do all his homeworks. He did them o. I find it pleasant. I was a huge history teacher. I find at home assignments to be important. Due to the fact that i was formerly a teacher on things occuring in the past i think homework is hugely novel and necesary. I find that good. I also said do not buy cinamon in the store. I find it gross tasting. My husband loves that cinamon crap candy. I find it repulsive. He is weird o. I am lovely o. Well anyway i held another hugely important rule. I said you may not answer back to people. I find that lovely. Answeing back is rude o. I find it sassy seeming. I do not answer back. I smile rather. I find that pleasant. A red ant is crawling on my carpet.

Well earlier i was walking on the sidewalk. I find it active. The wether was shitty o. I find it honest. I apoligize for saying a hugely crass word. I hope Dan eliminates it o. I find it more pleasant to me. Well at one point i saw headlights coming. I thought it was two bikes featuring lamps a little o. It was a car o. A car featured on my lovely sidewalk! I find it insane dangerous. I got off the path. I find that wise. I looked at the car. A old man was driving. His wife was setting in the passing seat. The car tag said quackie. I find that eccentric. I was worried o. I found it concering. I think the man may uv had alzeihmers or crap. He may uv been blind. I find it worrying to think. I rounded a corner. I then turned home. It began to rain. I find it gross. I put a umbrella. I find it wise. I then called my husband o. He picked me up o. He found it hilarious. I did not. I s,miled.

You know Messup keeps dropping crap in his new house. I find that lousy. last week i conversed with him within my alexa show account. He said hello. I said hi. I sounded more excited o. A exclamation thing should feature rather. I find it hilarious. Messup then said what is going on in florida? I said the weather is crappy. My husband laughed. I found that random due to the weather being crap. I said was his shirt new? It was blue color o. It had diamonds. He said it was not. I said oh. Well anyway i later asked has he dropped anything recent. He said he did hardly. I find it coincidental to happen. Messup then explained that the other day he was getting lemon water. I apoligize it was not the other day however he said it was the other day last week o. I find that important to note. He said he grabbed a can. I find it exciting. He said the other cans all came pouring out of the carton. My husband found it hilarious to think. I found it crappy and not pc to think. I said how many? He said only ten hardly. I said that is only a few. I was being sarcastic o. I find it witty. I said did they explode? He said no however his heart did. I find it overdramatic seeming. My husband found the quip amusing. I found it lousy. Well anyway Messup told me one to six days ago that he was in his medicine cabinet. Well he was not in it actual however he was standing next to it. I find that obvious. He said when he tried to open the vitamin can a large carton of fructose packs fell over. I found it lousy. I apoligize i mean glucose a little. Well anyway i said how many things fell? He said 20 to 25. I forgot the number! It is ballpark range! I find it nice. Well anyway it sounded lousy. His mother suspected that he was attempting to take a glucose pack. He told me he only wanted to get the vitamins o. I find it well behaved.

My frend just told me said their job is top secret? What? Why did they tell me if it was a huge secret. I am confused. I find it perplex o.

We've been having similarly-sh*tty weather up here - the one thing I thought Ohio had going for it (no insanely hot days) is now ruined!!

emoticon

Tonight there'll be no closing doors, picking crumbs off the ground or turning-out all the lights. It's hard to stop myself, but it's the only way to overcome it. Hopefully I'll be able to not do this crap enough that my OCD will go down majorly emoticon

Instead of that, I'm finishing my book and heading to bed (better, only seven hours to cross-country emoticon ).

I'm doing my best to move forward and make the most of Loveland, but at the same time occasionally look back down the long road at Florida so I don't forget about its brilliance. I can do this for a few more years, right? emoticon
