This also happens to be one of my favorite episodes of Takeshi's Castle (and my least favorite MXC episode, ironically.)
They didn't voiceover Eliska Noselli's English speech, so that was interesting.

I skimmed through it some more, and they changed a lot of nationalities. Problem is, most of the ones they changed are American, and the Japanese text still says "United States of America" in Japanese. Quite an oversight.

I doubt they even cared/expected people who knew Japanese to be watching .
It's like the new TCT dub on Comedy Central didn't care that we were unhappy - we're not their target, but the general audience is.
Not many of these shows cater to the experts.
